As of 01/01/2018, following changes will come into effect in NAT00130 file for training activity.
Parchment Issue Date- Parchment issue date contains the date a parchment (certificate for a qualification or course) was issued for the completion of a program by a student. It is used to record the date a parchment is issued and provide statistics on the length of the study and how many students are completing the programs they enrol in and differences between the study and issuing of a parchment. When a parchment is issued to a student for the completion of a program this should be the date entered on the parchment (the creation date) not the application date or the graduation date.
Parchment Number- Parchment number contains the recorded number on a certificate for a qualification or course which is issued for the completion of a program by a student. It is used to record that the parchment has been issued to the student for the completion of a program. When a parchment is issued to a student for the completion of a program, this should be the number on the parchment to keep a record of the issue.
Year Program Completed- Year Program Completed has been changed to Date Program Completed i.e. the date when an enrolment was completed/finished. It should not be the date on which the certificate has been issued.
