We offer 4 hour turnaround as standard for all critical issues. We have same day resolution for most high priority issues and we release a new maintenance update every 4-6 weeks. These times are far quicker than most other larger providers who have hundreds of clients to update and can be a lot slower in bringing you that bug fix or that new feature.
If you have a big data submission coming up with ASQA (for example an S26 form submission) and you need to go through your entire data-set quickly, we can provide an emergency team of staff that can work with your team and ensure that everything is ready for the deadline. Simply call us on our 1300 number and flag the urgency of the matter with us as soon as you are aware of an upcoming deadline!
